The compatibility of work and life encompasses many things: childcare, caring for dependents and supporting friends. Compatibility benefits both work and personal life. It allows people to combine work with social involvement. And with training, sport or even a public office.
With the Prix BalanceZH, we aim to make innovative ideas and functional models available to a larger group of interested parties and honour cultures of compatibility as well as extraordinary engagement. The Prix BalanceZH is a cooperation between the Office for the Equality of Women and Men and Zurich's Business and Economic Development Division, in collaboration with the consulting institute Great Place to Work.
