The Culture Audit™ can be used to accurately determine how effectively organisations are creating great workplace experiences for everyone, regardless of one' s position or competence in the organisation. By evaluating the Culture Audit™ through an algorithm, workplace cultures can be accurately analysed, revealing how one workplace culture differs from another.

That's why the Culture Audit™ is based on the Great Place to Work® For All™ model, which focuses on developing the potential of all employees. These 5 areas are surveyed by the Culture Audit™ in the form of a questionnaire. The information is then qualitatively evaluated and can be compared with the results of the Trust Index™.
