The Culture Audit™ can be used to accurately determine how effectively organisations are creating great workplace experiences for everyone, regardless of one' s position or competence in the organisation. By evaluating the Culture Audit™ through an algorithm, workplace cultures can be accurately analysed, revealing how one workplace culture differs from another.
The Employee Experience has always been a key factor in Great Place to Work® ratings. That's why the Culture Audit™ is based on the Great Place to Work® For All™ model, which focuses on developing the potential of all employees. In order to maximise the human potential of all employees, a trust-based workplace culture is needed in which the company's values are lived and a high quality of leadership is present. By maximising the potential of all employees, both innovation and value creation increase.
These 5 areas are surveyed by the Culture Audit™ in the form of a questionnaire. The information is then qualitatively evaluated and can be compared with the results of the Trust Index™. In this way, it can be accurately shown whether the organisational perspective matches the employee perspective of workplace culture.
Organisations that also wish to participate in Best Workplaces™ Switzerland must submit a Culture Brief™ as well as a Culture Audit™. While the Culture Brief™ is not assessed, the minimum requirements for the Culture Audit™ must be met for the Best Workplaces™ award.
