As the training partner of SBB, BLS, RhB, the Swiss Association of Public Transport (APT) and around 70 other mobility companies, login Berufsbildung AG organises apprenticeships and internships that cater to the specific needs of the market. login offers end-to-end apprenticeship management, including recruitment, application processing, contract finalisation, ongoing training and dedicated support throughout the apprenticeship period. Our work plays a significant role in securing the next generation of managers for the mobility sector.
We train over 2,100 young people annually for federally recognised qualifications in 25+ apprenticeship fields. Across Switzerland, our eleven in-house training centres offer basic training courses for apprentices, with six focused on engineering and five on track construction. Apprentices also have the opportunity to interact and learn from their peers from other disciplines. We host 13 "junior stations", where aspiring public transport retail sales specialists are given full operational responsibility for the management of a station. By empowering apprentices with in-demand skills, this programme fuels careers and benefits future employers.
