Application tips

There are certain things you can watch out for to ensure your application makes a good impression. We have put together a few application tips here.  

Cover letter

Your cover letter should include the following points:

• Apprenticeship and branch you are applying for

• Details of how and where you found out about the position

• Your motivation for learning the profession

• Why are you applying to Vebego?

Make sure you get someone else to read through your cover letter when you’re done. There should be no spelling or grammar mistakes in the text.

CV

Your CV should include the following points:

• A professional photo (not a selfie!)

• Personal information presented in a clear, structured way

• There should not be any gaps in your CV

• All trial apprenticeships should be listed

Additional documentation

Please include the following documents in your application:

• All your secondary school certificates

• References from any apprenticeships you have already begun

• Your Multicheck or Stellwerk-Check results (if available)
