What inspires us

Mutual loyalty is the bedrock of our success. It is also the product of various measures which over the years have become a fixed element of Habegger's culture. Highlights include the unique projects that we are able to orchestrate for our customers. With us, you will put big stars in the right light or create worlds of experience for well-known brands. Thanks to our internal "HIS" employee app, you can also enter regular ticket raffles. Further highlights include the summer party for the entire family, as well as the Christmas party for staff and their partners. On the last Friday of every month, a different department also invites everyone to enjoy a traditional "Last Friday" aperitif. Whether it be a "bad taste" party or a fondue evening: this casual end-of-month celebration encourages dialogue between the various teams and creates an understanding of each other's concerns.

Highlights from the measures taken


We are very proud of our results in the "Great Place to Work" survey. They show that we are on the right path. However we're still a long way from our goal. To ensure that we continue to remain a great place to work, we will be implementing short and long-term measures over the next few years that are designed to improve your working environment further. In addition to the planned move into a new building and the optimisation of the company's infrastructure, we will be introducing leadership training, restructuring our training services and revising existing processes. You are our capital, and this is why we want to provide you with an environment in which you can make the most of your potential in harmony with your private life.
