What inspires us

Mutual loyalty is the bedrock of our success. It is also the product of various measures which over the years have become a fixed element of Habegger's culture. Highlights include the unique projects that we are able to orchestrate for our customers. With us, you will put big stars in the right light or create worlds of experience for well-known brands. Thanks to our internal "HIS" employee app, you can also enter regular ticket raffles. Further highlights include the summer party for the entire family, as well as the Christmas party for staff and their partners. On the last Friday of every month, a different department also invites everyone to enjoy a traditional "Last Friday" aperitif. Whether it be a "bad taste" party or a fondue evening: this casual end-of-month celebration encourages dialogue between the various teams and creates an understanding of each other's concerns.

Highlights from the measures taken


Following the first “Great Place to Work” survey in 2019, we have implemented various measures so as to remain the employer of choice for you. Thus the organisational structure has been adapted, and existing processes revised. We have also intensified the managerial training. These measures are already proving to have a positive effect – as confirmed by the 2021 survey. However, we are still a long way from our goal. As a result, we will also be making further short-term and long-term optimisations for you in the next few years. Alongside the planned move to a new building, we want to intensify our efforts to promote a work-life balance, and invest in personnel development in order to help you exploit your full potential.
