What defines us

Bosch in Solothurn has a long training tradition - as early as 1920, eleven apprentices began their training at Scintilla AG. Since then, around 2500 apprentices in various professions have completed their apprenticeship with us. Today, 10 apprentices in three different professions contribute to the success story of Bosch in Solothurn. 

The apprenticeship at Bosch in Solothurn is very varied and offers the apprentices many opportunities to develop and pursue their interests. The aim of training with us is to prepare our young employees optimally for the challenges of the working world and to shape their personal and professional future together with them.

  • The impressions gained from information interviews, tasters and/or job interviews
  • Overall assessment of certificates and checks

 

Our great workplace

After successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have numerous development opportunities. You can enter the working world directly after your apprenticeship and take on an exciting challenge at Bosch Solothurn or another company in the Bosch Group Switzerland. If you decide to take the vocational baccalaureate, study or other further training after your apprenticeship, there are many opportunities open to you. If you combine your further education with professional practice we will be happy to support you by offering you the opportunity to work with us part-time or as a working student.
