Highlights from the measures taken


We believe that open communication is more important than ever when it comes to creating a great employee experience. Since March, the Salesforce Executive Leadership Team has hosted weekly, companywide All Hands Calls to share updates and answer questions from employees. The calls address employee concerns, what’s top of mind for our executives, and how we are supporting employees, customers, and our communities. 

We also know that effective communication requires listening, so we opened up the lines of communication for employees to let us know how they are doing, what they need, and what their top concerns are through wellbeing surveys. These surveys encourage employees to stop, reflect, and help us understand the challenges they are facing and the support they need and have led to enhanced programs and benefits. The results are made available to everyone, enabling all employees to feel informed, connected, and help support one another.
