Headquartered in San Francisco, Salesforce is the fastest-growing top five enterprise software company, dedicated to delivering customer success for more than 150,000 companies. Our high-performing teams deliver unprecedented levels of innovation and impact.
Not only are we blazing new trails in enterprise software, we're also improving the state of the world. We put this into action with our 1-1-1 model — we give 1% of our time, 1% of our product, and 1% of our equity back into the community.
We offer great pay and perks, but it doesn't end there. Salesforce was built on a set of five core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, and Sustainability. We keep our culture healthy and strong by being incredibly intentional about our values, our behaviors, and the experiences we deliver. Our culture makes us one of the most innovative, admired, and best places to work in the world.
At Salesforce, helping employees find inspiration and deeper meaning starts before they walk in the door. We make an important commitment to be a different kind of company, where we take care of each other, have fun together, and work collaboratively. These aren't just words; they've been part of our company's DNA since inception.
We provide Salesforce employees with opportunities to have an impact on the company, our customers, partners, and their communities. We then connect the dots to demonstrate their impact. From volunteerism to pro bono work, from customer and partner engagement to talent development, we empower, motivate, and inspire employees.
We believe that open communication is more important than ever when it comes to creating a great employee experience. Since March, the Salesforce Executive Leadership Team has hosted weekly, companywide All Hands Calls to share updates and answer questions from employees. The calls address employee concerns, what’s top of mind for our executives, and how we are supporting employees, customers, and our communities.
We also know that effective communication requires listening, so we opened up the lines of communication for employees to let us know how they are doing, what they need, and what their top concerns are through wellbeing surveys. These surveys encourage employees to stop, reflect, and help us understand the challenges they are facing and the support they need and have led to enhanced programs and benefits. The results are made available to everyone, enabling all employees to feel informed, connected, and help support one another.
I'm proud to work for Salesforce – not only because I am passionate about digitization and about driving innovation throughout Switzerland together with our partners and customers to make our customers successful – but largely because I am part of this team of engaged talent.
