As the Group Office of the Colosseum Dental Group, we coordinate and support our country operations and corporate functions to ensure the sharing of best practices and the medical governance of our patient care activities. We do this through regular business reviews, country visits, team meetings and the organization of specific learning and development sessions around business and medical topics. We are responsible for the financial, legal and medical compliance of our activities and we consolidate the financial reporting of our operations in each market.
