What defines us

Our work culture is characterized by an open, fair and inclusive working environment. In addition to a variety of exciting and forward-looking projects with well-known customers, we feel comfortable in our modern offices above the rooftops of the city of Lucerne with public transport connections and many catering options in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the open and helpful team spirit, we all learn something new every day and support each other. Through shared values, a team of outstanding individuals, mutual trust and a continuous learning curve with internal and external training opportunities, we have created an environment where everyone's ideas are not only heard, but also implemented. Outside of work, we like to get together over an after-work beer, we go out together, and we also travel. For our 2022 summer event, even as far as Monaco and Nice on the Côte d'Azur.
