We are organized in an agile way, which means that we do not have hierarchical structures. In circles, projects and topics are organized, discussed and distributed. Every employee is required to show initiative and take responsibility.
Our employees work on their projects independently. The basis for this is our trust-based workplace culture, where we trust, support and advance each other.
We live flexible working - be it with our "shared desk" concept or with the possibility to work from anywhere. A large proportion of our employees also work part-time - whether from home or the office.
