The Employee Culture Journey gives you a clear and systematic orientation as to which dimensions of your workplace culture have strengths and in which have weaknesses. The focus is on the perspective of management and HR. The Employee Culture Journey is applied in form of a questionnaire that consists of open questions about the 9 dimensions of workplace culture.
The Employee Culture Journey gives you a clear overall picture of your organization, the prevailing culture, processes and the quality and success of your measures compared to other companies of your size. The Employee Culture Journey is particularly valuable as an external tool for quality control of the measures implemented to develop workplace culture.
The open questions on the 9 dimensions of workplace culture give organizations the opportunity to describe their measures in each respective dimensions in more detail. The more clearly and in greater detail the measures and processes are described, the more precisely the individual character and workplace culture of the organization can be determined - and thus the attractiveness as an employer can be evaluated more accurately.
The Employee Culture Journey is analysed using the 9 dimensions of successful workplace culture based on the Great Place to Work® Giftwork Model. The Model contains the three core parts „achieving goals better“ (inspiring, speaking, listening), „encouraging performance“ (caring, developing, thanking) and „forming a strong team“ (hiring, celebrating, sharing). For each part there are three dimensions, the shaping of which makes for a successful workplace culture. The focal point is always the trust between the employees and the organization.
The evaluation of the Employee Culture Journey is based on fixed evaluation criteria. The answers to the 9 dimensions of successful workplace culture will be evaluated not only in terms of the quantity of measures, but also in terms of the quality of the programs implemented.
Above all, employee orientation is the focus of what we do at Great Place to Work®.
Additional material to better illustrate measures (e.g. pictures for a more realistic impression of concepts) is welcomed. This includes, for example, guidelines for job interviews or descriptions of recruitment processes. It may also include an overview of the range of further education or personal development measures offered. Of course, photos of events and team activities also help to illustrate the workplace culture. The layout of the Employee Culture Journey can be freely chosen by the company.
