We also dive into the Great Place To Work® Effect, showing how leadership shapes employee experiences, culture, and ultimately drives performance.
The training is aimed at managers at all hierarchical levels who want to develop themselves and their leadership behaviour and learn more about the success factors of a trust-based workplace culture.

To enable productive interaction between participants, we work with group sizes of 12-16 people. The training can be conducted on-site, virtually or in a hybrid format. This allows managers from different departments or locations to be brought together, enabling mutual exchange and learning across functions and hierarchies.
