Tillotts Pharma AG, part of the Japanese Zeria Group, is a fast-growing specialty pharma company with over 300 employees in Switzerland and abroad. Tillotts is dedicated to the development, in/out-licensing and commercialisation of innovative pharmaceutical products for the digestive system. Tillotts successfully markets its own products for the treatment of IBD as well as in-licensed products, in around 65 countries through its affiliates within Europe and a network of gastroenterology-focused partners throughout the world.

  • Our employees exercise together in different sports groups. Among other things, we have jointly participated in the B2Run for several years.
  • The work-life balance of our employees is very important to us. That is why we regularly offer meditation courses, at least 22 and a maximum of 35 days of vacation, have flexible working hours and offer the possibility for home office.
  • We offer our employees supplementary, employee-friendly insurance solutions.
  • Extraordinary performances are rewarded both by the direct supervisors, by the upper management as well as by the colleagues.
  • For the annual BBQ in summer, we not only invite our employees from Switzerland, but also their families. So the family members are part of our Tillotts culture as well.
  • The highlight of every year is our Year End Party, to which employees of the entire Tillotts Group are invited, and which is under an annually new motto.
