SPD Swiss Precision Diagnostics GmbH (SPD) is a world leader in the research, design, production and supply of advanced consumer diagnostic products. Our brands, such as Clearblue® and PERSONA®, are familiar in many countries, trusted for their accuracy and simplicity by women keen to know more about their own reproductive health. SPD brands are acclaimed for their pioneering innovation: Clearblue® was the first brand to introduce a one-step pregnancy test, a one minute test, a urine sample indicator, digitally displayed results and a Weeks Indicator feature.

At SPD we are committed to advancing personal health and well-being, and delivering the needs of our consumers, through a continuing flow of new and inventive developments. Our research centre is at the sharp edge of innovation, and is fully engaged in the development of reliable diagnostic products for better health and personal self-care.

We are a diverse group of individuals who work together, across three sites, to make fantastic teams, which comprise of Research and Development (including Science, Design, Engineering, Software, Hardware and Project Management), Product Support, Scientific and Medical Affairs, Statistics and Data Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Customer Support (including the international Customer Careline), Sales and Marketing, Product Supply, Finance, Legal and People and Organisational Development. We thrive on team performance and work closely together to ensure that we are all designing and delivering the best products and process that empower our consumers and our employees.

We have our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, where there are approximately 30 employees, and our innovation centre and support functions in Bedford, UK, where there are approximately 140 employees and we have 2 employees in Shanghai, China.
