Our staff is composed of individuals with very different skills and competences – whether they work in Asset or in Property Management, in the Construction or Bookkeeping Department, or in Legal & Compliance. We all ensure interdisciplinary teamwork, offering our tenants and investors a unique all-in-one service. Proximity to our tenants, partners, and investors is essential for our common success and also a matter of course for us. We design and shape our properties across functions and invest in our portfolio in a well-targeted and sustainable manner. Every one of us contributes his or her creativity and ideas to our everyday working lives and thus helps to further PSP. Professional commitment and a balanced private life can very well be combined. PSP team members support one another and work in a target-oriented manner.

What inspires us

Former brewery sites and unique properties allow us to influence the future design of living spaces. As a team, we take pleasure in assuming this part of our share of social responsibility. Working together with different people and personalities is something that thrills us on a daily basis.

Our own offices premises also have a lot to offer: for instance our in-house gym for individual or group work-outs; or our modern kitchen facilities where co-workers have the possibility to enjoy healthy and varied meals. Together, as a team, we love to go on outings and excursions and to celebrate our successes at company events or Christmas parties. We also regularly invite our partners to attend select events.
