TeamWork is an independent international group created in 1999 in Geneva by its current CEO: Philippe Rey-Gorrez. A major player in consulting and technological integration, the company's mission is to support its customers over the long term.

A true partner in the digital transformation of companies, TeamWork operates in four main areas: Business Consulting, SAP Business Solutions, Data Analytics and Technology Platforms. Recognized by its customers for its expertise and experience, TeamWork supports both large accounts and SMEs.

TeamWork is a global and recognized partner for digital transformation. With 20 locations in Switzerland, France, Germany, Slovakia, Canada, USA, Singapore, China, India and Vietnam, TeamWork currently employs 850 people and has strong growth prospects.

Highlights from the measures taken


1. End of year trip: Each year, TeamWork organizes a weekend trip to a major European city for employees and their spouses.

2. Welcome sessions: In order to properly welcome newcomers, a session is organized with the presence of at least one director.

3. Promotion of equality: Hiring is done regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, nationality, sexual orientation and is based on purely professional criteria.

4. Flexibility: TeamWork, outside Covid context, grants 2 days per week of teleworking to allow more flexibility in the schedules and encourages family spirit by limiting long-distance workplaces.

5. Sports challenges: TeamWork is a sports enthusiast and offers its employees the opportunity to take on different sports challenges each year. These vary between mountain, cycling and sailing trips.
