What defines us

Axpo's roots are in Switzerland, but it also has more than 30 locations in Europe, the US and Southeast Asia. People from some 60 nationalities work hard to achieve our joint objective: to develop innovative energy solutions. What inspires us

As the biggest Swiss producer of electricity from renewable energy we are active along the entire energy value chain. As we have a clear ambition of following a sustainable business model, we focus on the expansion of PV, wind and biomass plants. We also actively promote hydrogen and large battery storage. We have adopted ambitious net-zero targets that go beyond the legal requirements. The expansion of renewable energy has made us a leading force in the energy turnaround and supports a secure and sustainable energy future.
