The Culture Brief™ collects information from organisations on areas such as ownership, employee demographics and pay and benefit systems. The questions are asked to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your workplace culture. The evaluation of the Culture Brief™ does not affect certification as a Great Place to Work® . Likewise, organisations will not be disadvantaged if you cannot answer some of the questions because your organisation does not collect the required data.
The Culture Brief™ must be submitted for successful certification as a Great Place to Work®. The same applies for participation in Best Workplaces™ Switzerland.
