Organisations that have been named one of the Best Workplaces™ are among the best employers in Switzerland. However, this can only be achieved by organisations in which a trust-based workplace culture prevails, the corporate values are lived, the quality of leadership is high and all employees can develop their potential to the maximum.
Or as Robert Levering, co-founder of Great Place to Work, put it: "A Great Place to Work® is where you trust those you work for, take pride in what you do and enjoy working with others."
Organisations with 10 or more employees can participate in Best Workplaces™ Switzerland.
The solid data basis and evaluation down to team level make it possible to identify areas of strength and potential in the workplace culture.
You show existing employees what they have in their employer and you position yourself in the market as a top employer.
By analysing the workplace culture in depth and evaluating the measures already implemented, changes and innovations can be realised in a targeted manner.

No, the decision for participating in the Best Workplaces™ is up to the client before the start of the project. How much effort do I have to expect?
The effort for the HR department regarding the Trust Index™ employee survey is minimal, as we provide support both in internal communication and in the efficient implementation of the project.
The effort required to complete is about 2-3 hours for the Culture Brief™ and about 40 hours for the Culture Audit™.
Can a company's own, internally conducted employee survey be used for taking part in the Best Workplaces™?
No, participation requires the Trust Index™ employee survey to be conducted via Great Place to Work®.
