Organizations that have been named one of the Best Workplaces™ are among the best employers in Switzerland. However, this can only be achieved by organizations in which a trust-based workplace culture prevails, the corporate values are lived, the quality of leadership is high and all employees can develop their potential to the maximum.
Or as Robert Levering, co-founder of Great Place To Work, put it: "A Great Place To Work® is where you trust those you work for, take pride in what you do and enjoy working with others."
Organizations with 10 or more employees can participate in Best Workplaces™ Switzerland.
The solid data basis and evaluation down to team level make it possible to identify areas of strength and potential in the workplace culture.
You show existing employees what they have in their employer and you position yourself in the market as a top employer.
By analysing the workplace culture in depth and evaluating the measures already implemented, changes and innovations can be realised in a targeted manner.
Organizations that meet the requirements for the Best Workplaces™ award have in a first step been Certified as Great Place to Work®.
